Kettmeir partners with Johannesstube for "Taste Nature Forest Edition"

Kettmeir and its Metodo Classico will be the official partner of the event at the historic Michelin-starred restaurant Johannesstube (1* Michelin inside the Hotel Engel, a luxury establishment with Wellness Ayurveda focus in Nova Levante - BZ) entitled Taste Nature Forest Edition.

A daytime lunch that will take place entirely in the forest of Val d'Ega, where a kitchen without electricity and gas will be set up and chef Theodor Falser will cook among the guests. This will be an exclusive and intimate event, reserved for only a few guests by appointment, with tables of no more than 4 people.

Magnum of Kettmeir's Athesis Brut will be served as guests arrive, as an aperitif, and as a pairing with the appetizer prepared by the chef in live cooking.

The collaboration between Kettmeir and the starred restaurant at Hotel Engel
